About the game
Classic chess: White and Black take turns, and checkmating the opponent's king wins. Castling, en passant and promotion (choose a queen, rook, bishop or knight) all follow the official rules. Stalemate, threefold repetition, the 50-move rule and insufficient material are draws. Play the computer (Easy, Normal, Hard) or play with two players on one device. Move list, captured pieces and material difference, undo, resign and draw offers are supported.
How to play
Tap a piece, then tap a dotted square to move (you can also drag and drop with the mouse). Pieces with a ring can be captured. Keyboard: arrow keys to move between squares, Enter/Space to select, Esc to cancel. Undo, Offer Draw, Resign, Flip Board and Rules buttons are available.
